Where you live changes one thing only: whether we can come to your house. Everything else is the same wherever you are in the state.
Text and telemedicine
Available anywhere in New Jersey. From Bergen County to Cape May, membership gets you direct text access during extended hours, telemedicine visits, same or next day sick visits, lactation support, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and school notes.
In-home visits
Across South Jersey. We come to you: in-home visits as a $125 add-on to membership, and the $350 Newborn Support Package covering the first eight weeks at home.

FAQs
Do you cover all of New Jersey?
For text and telemedicine, yes. Membership is available to families anywhere in the state. In-home visits are the part limited to South Jersey.
How do I find out what is available in my town?
Send us your town and we will confirm what is available for you. In-home visits cover South Jersey, and we will let you know the options for your family.
What if I am in North or Central Jersey?
Everything except the in-home visit still works. Text access, telemedicine, sick-day guidance, lactation support and prescriptions sent to your pharmacy are all available statewide through the membership.
Can I get a home visit without a membership?
The Newborn Support Package includes in-home visits and does not require a membership. For members, home visits are an add-on at $125 per visit.
Do you see families outside New Jersey?
No. We are licensed in New Jersey, and telehealth is regulated by where the patient is at the time of the visit, not where the provider is.
